Verve Plus Ltd (“Verve Plus”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and a
number of consumer brands, including Capchr. This policy explains what
personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

Verve Plus Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through
this website and our brand channels. You can contact us about anything in
this policy at the address above or by email.

2. Data we collect
  • Contact data you send us directly (for example via our contact
    form): name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Technical data collected automatically when you browse this site:
    IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via cookies and similar
    technologies (see section 6).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not collect special-category
data through this website.

3. How we use your data

  • To operate, secure, and improve this website.
  • To publish and manage our own marketing content on social media
    platforms (see section 5).

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are consent (where you give it), our
legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, and

4. Sharing and retention

We share data only with service providers who host and support our
website and tools, under contracts that protect your data. We keep
personal data no longer than needed for the purposes above, then delete
it. We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA except to providers
covered by appropriate safeguards.

5. Capchr Social and YouTube API Services

We operate an internal publishing tool, Capchr Social, which we use
to schedule and upload our own original marketing videos to social media
channels that we own, including our YouTube channel.

Capchr Social uses YouTube API Services. By interacting with our
YouTube content, and in our use of these services, the following apply:

What the tool accesses and stores. Capchr Social authenticates via
Google OAuth to our own YouTube channel only. It stores the resulting
OAuth tokens in encrypted form on our own infrastructure, together with
metadata about the videos we upload (titles, descriptions, scheduling
information, and video status). It does not access, collect, or
store any data about other YouTube users, viewers, or third-party
channels, and it does not use any viewer data for advertising or
profiling.

Retention and deletion. Stored authorised-access tokens and video
metadata are retained only while the connected channel remains in active
use by the tool, and are deleted on request or when the connection is
removed. To request deletion of data held by the tool, contact us using
the details in section 1; we will action requests within 30 days.

Revoking access. Access granted to Capchr Social can be revoked at
any time via Google’s security settings page:
https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

6. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies needed for it to function, and — only
with your consent — analytics cookies that help us understand how the
site is used. You can withdraw consent at any time through your browser
settings or our cookie controls.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict
the processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing,
and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights,
